These Terms and Conditions apply to the DWNow! public website, contact forms, discovery requests, and business communications sent by Data Warehouse Now, also known as DWNow!.
Submitting a form does not create a consulting engagement, professional services agreement, or obligation for DWNow! to accept a project. Any paid work requires a separate written agreement.
When you submit a form or otherwise provide your contact information, you authorize DWNow! to contact you about your request, business needs, services, scheduling, and related follow-up using the contact details you provide.
Contact methods may include email, phone calls, SMS/text messages, voicemail, and similar business communications. Communications may be made manually or, where permitted by law and with required consent, through automated dialing systems, prerecorded messages, artificial voices, AI-generated voice technology, or other automated communication tools.
Consent to receive marketing or promotional communications is not a condition of purchasing any service from DWNow!. You confirm that the contact information you provide is yours or that you are authorized to provide it.
If you provide a mobile number and consent to text communications, DWNow! may send texts about your request, scheduling, discovery, reminders, and related business follow-up. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP when that option is available, or by contacting DWNow! and asking us to stop texting you. You may request help by replying HELP when supported, or by contacting us through the website.
DWNow! may call the phone number you provide for discovery, scheduling, follow-up, and related business purposes. We do not intend to place marketing calls before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone.
If DWNow! uses automated dialing, prerecorded messages, artificial voice, or AI-generated voice technology for a call that requires prior consent, we will do so only where we believe the required consent has been provided or another legal basis applies.
You may ask DWNow! not to call you. We will honor internal do-not-call and revocation requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
DWNow! may email you about your request, scheduling, services, resources, and related business follow-up. Commercial email from DWNow! should identify DWNow!, use non-deceptive subject lines, and provide an opt-out method when required.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the instructions in the message or by contacting DWNow!. Transactional or relationship messages related to an active request, project, or account may still be sent where permitted.
You may revoke consent to marketing or promotional communications at any time. Opt-out requests may be made by using unsubscribe links, replying STOP to supported texts, telling us during a call, or contacting DWNow! through the website.
Opting out of one channel may not automatically opt you out of every channel unless you tell us that is what you want. DWNow! may keep limited information needed to honor opt-out, suppression, and compliance requests.
You agree not to submit false, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information through the website. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
